Dider & Sons acts as an appointed Customs Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Agent and Multimodal Transport Operator under authorization from the principal importer or exporter. All declarations in ASYCUDA World are prepared on the basis of genuine commercial documents supplied by the client.

2. Valuation & Estimation Disclaimer

Calculations generated by our online customs duty calculators and quotation tools are estimates based on available national tariff schedules and user input. Final assessment, classification, and statutory valuation remain subject to Bangladesh Customs authority determinations.

3. Port Demurrage & Storage Liabilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all mandatory licenses (IRC, BSTI, BTRC, etc.) and original negotiable shipping documents are delivered promptly to avoid shipping line container detention and port storage charges.
